How do I carry out chain reporting?

There are two tools available for chain reporting:

• the secure online service BELparcel (the service is currently under development and will be available in due course)
• the webservice, which you can integrate into your company's IT system. (download)

About the BELparcel online service

You can get access to the online service via the ‘My BELparcel’ button on this website. You will find the ‘Start chain reporting’ button in the chain reporting module (coming soon). You will then be taken to a user-friendly web form.

If you still need help, please download the illustrated instructions chain reporting. The instructions will be available once the online service is active. Please note that you will only see the chain reporting module once you have registered your activity as a parcel delivery service under My BELparcel.

Via the webservice

Integrate the webservice into your company's IT system. This allows you to exchange data directly with the BELparcel online service.
