How do I create the half-yearly report?

To create the half-yearly report, you have two options:

• the secure BELparcel online service
• the web service, that you can integrate into the IT system of your organisation

Via the BELparcel online service

You can access the online service via the ‘My BELparcel’ button on this website. Once there, you will see the ‘Start report’ button in the module for the half-yearly report. This will open a user-friendly web form.

If you still need help, you can download the graphical instructions. Please note that you will only be able to see this module for half-yearly report after you have registered your parcel delivery service under My BELparcel.

Via the web service

Integrate the web service into the IT system of your organisation. You will then exchange data directly with the BELparcel online service.
