What data should I register?

You are required to provide the following information via the BELparcel online service:

• Name and company number (of the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises) of your company.
• A contact person and the respective contact details.
• The start date of your activity as a ‘last-mile’ carrier.
• If you hold such a licence: a valid national or Community road haulage licence.

You have to pay a one-time fee of 200 euro for the registration. This amount is defined in the Royal Decree of 7 February 2024 (in French). The amount will be adjusted annually from 1 January 2025.

You will receive an official confirmation of your application at the latest one week after receipt of the complete documentation. The list of all registered providers will be available on this website.
