Half-yearly report

What do I have to report? And when?

Every six months, at the latest on 31 January and 31 July, you report the following information for the previous half year in the BELparcel online service:

  • Names, address and contact details of your direct subcontractors.
  • If you are a subcontractor yourself, the name, address and contact details of your principals.
  • Name and contact details of the mandatory coordinator and any transport manager or holder of the transport manager's certificate of competence.
  • The number of parcels delivered per direct subcontractor and the fees paid for these parcels per subcontractor. If you are a subcontractor yourself, you declare the number of parcels and the amounts invoiced per principal.
  • The addresses of all distribution centres.
  • A brief description of the services provided.

In the event of inactivity, submit an empty report

As a parcel delivery service provider, you must always submit a declaration. Have you not carried out any activity as a parcel delivery service in the last six months? In this case, you are therefore required to submit an empty report.
