Role of the coordinator

The coordinator assumes the following main tasks:

  • He informs parcel delivery workers of their rights and obligations.
  • He draws up a due diligence plan
    • to identify potential risks of violations of the Parcel Delivery Act as well as the labour and social security law.
    • to eliminate these risks.

The role of the coordinator for postal services and their subcontractors is defined in the Royal Decree of 26 March 2024 (in French).
