Logging in to a public online service for the first time
To log in to BELparcel as the legal representative of your company, you need a digital key. You can obtain this key in two ways:
- Via eIDAS. Information about this digital key can be found on the page Help with logging in to the online services of the government.
- If your country does not support eIDAS, you are required to make an appointment with Sigedis, the partner of the social security institutions for the identification of persons. Sigedis will help you to obtain a digital key by video call. Make an appointment for a video call on the website belgianid.be.
