Information for mandataries (providers of social services)
Are you working as a mandatary (social service provider) for a foreign company? Then please check whether you fulfil all the conditions and can provide all the necessary documents.
Mandatary with Belgian company number (CBE), known to the public online services and known as a service provider in Mahis
You can use the BELparcel pre-track service for your customer:
- receive a Belgian company number (CBE)
- set up access to the public online services of the authorities
Provide a digital version of the following documents for your customer before you start the BELparcel pre-track:
an identity document (in colour) of the legal representative of your company
a document proving the official appointment of the legal representative
an official deed with the details of your company, including the company's current address
